PROXY VOTING –- on or before Nov 21, 2024
Regarding CCMEA Election, if you are not able to attend in person, you may assign a member attending the Election Meeting to vote on your behalf. If you wish to do so, you are required to send your authorization in person or by your personal email to election.committee@ccmea.ca on or before Nov 21, 2024 (Thursday) to inform the Election Committee the name of your representative. In the email subject line, please write “CCMEA PROXY VOTING”. You may use the above proxy template to provide your authorization. Please confirm with your representative before you send the proxy. According to CCMEA bylaw, each member can only hold proxy for a maximum of 2 other members.
Your signature on the Proxy is required when you ask someone to forward it on your behalf. Signature is not needed when submission is directly from your personal email.

如果您無法親自出席，您可以授權出席選舉會議的會員代表您投票。 代理投票授權書必須在 2024 年 11 月 21 日（星期四）或之前，親自提交或者電郵給選舉委員會(election.committee@ccmea.ca) 。如果使用電郵，請在電郵的標題註明 “CCMEA代理投票PROXY VOTING” 。注意: 根據CCMEA幹事選舉附則，每位會員最多只能代理2名其他會員投票，所以在提交授權書之前，請先自行聯絡並確認您的代表。
如果您委託他人代您提交代理投票授權書，您必須在授權書上簽名作實。如果您自己直接電郵授權書，便毋須簽名。
