如果您無法親自出席選舉會議，您可以授權出席的會員代表您投票。代理投票授權書必須在 2024 年 11 月 21 日（星期四）或之前，親自提交或者以個人的電郵發給選舉委員會 ( election.committee@ccmea.ca). 注意：授權書以個人為單位,夫婦應各自提交授權書。 If you are not able to attend Election Meeting, you may assign a member who will attend the Election Meeting to vote on your behalf. You can submit the proxy authorization notice in person or by email to election.committee@ccmea.ca on or before November 21st. Each member (husband and wife) should submit the proxy authorization individually.
如果您委託他人代您提交代理投票授權書，您必須在授權書上簽名作實, 選舉委員會可能會與你聯絡, 驗証授權書。如果您自己直接電郵授權書，便毋須簽名。 Your signature on the Proxy is required when you ask someone to forward it on your behalf. Election Committee may contact you directly to verify the proxy. Signature is not needed when submission is directly from your personal email.
如果使用電郵，請在電郵的標題(email subject line)註明 “CCMEA PROXY”, 並請參照以下的範本 。選舉委員會將會以電郵回覆, 確認收到你的電郵授權書。如果你沒有收到回覆, 請於11月21日前聯絡John & Mary Liu (G9) 。注意: 根據CCMEA幹事選舉附則，每位會員最多只能代理2名其他會員投票，所以在提交授權書之前，請先自行聯絡並和你的代表確認。
If you send proxy authorization by email, each individual member need to send the email by his/her personal email. Please put “CCMEA PROXY” on the subject line and use the template below for reference. The Election Committee will acknowledge the receipt of your Proxy Authorization by replying your email. If you don’t receive our reply, please contact John and Mary Liu (G9) before November 21st.
Each member can only represent two other members. Please notify and confirm with your representative before you send the proxy authorization email.
